Expeditions and returns

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days after payment is received.

Deliveries are handled by an independent carrier. You may choose to have your order delivered to your home or any other address that may facilitate delivery. Please provide any relevant information to ensure a smooth delivery process (e.g. building access code, presence of a concierge, neighbor, or any person authorized to receive the package in your absence). Deliveries are made to the doorstep only (no upstairs delivery).

Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 days after the order leaves our facilities.

All our shipments are packed in sturdy, secure packaging and dispatched in perfect condition. The carrier is fully responsible for any damage incurred during transport. Goods are shipped at the recipient’s own risk.

Upon delivery, it is essential that the recipient carefully checks the condition and conformity of the products. Any damage or missing items must be clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery slip and confirmed to us in writing within 48 hours. Without such notification, no exchange or refund can be issued.

In the event that the delivered product does not match the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will exchange the item as quickly as possible.
