Our History
Florès is primarily a story of values, resolutely focused on the future, the will to undertake and succeed together:

Our secret and our strength lie in the collaborative work and eco-responsible family spirit of our 70 cooperators, whose ancestral know-how and human values enable us to make the right choices to highlight our wines with a rare and unique signature.
Florès: a wine, a terroir, a mark
A name more in tune with the personality and values of the winery, rooted in the 17th century and inspired by the Provençal expression “faire florès,” meaning success and recognition.
Un nom qui fait résonnance à son engagement pour la biodiversité et ses ambitions pour améliorer ses performances environnementales afin d’être certifié HVE3.
Enfin un nom qui reste connecté à Florensac et son terroir privilégié bordé par l’étang de Thau. Situé au coeur de l’appellation Picpoul de Pinet, c’est la promesse d’une aventure humaine basée sur l’entraide et la collaboration, pour ces amoureux du vin et de la terre qui réaffirment ainsi leur volonté d’apporter à leur production toutes ses lettres de noblesse.
Exceptional Terroir
Located in the heart of the A.O.P. Picpoul de Pinet, our vineyard of 570 hectares is characterized by its richness and diversity. It stretches out facing the Mediterranean Sea and the Thau Basin, which provide a temperate climate that fosters the development of aromas.
Committed to a qualitative and sustainable approach, our artisan winemakers have been able to highlight each grape variety by adapting to the microclimatic and topographical parameters of each plot.

With over 570 hectares of sustainable farming (sexual confusion, inter-row weeding, water management, organic plots…) and a photovoltaic park producing 44% of our energy needs, our ambition is to continuously improve our environmental performance and our plant protection strategy. Florès winery is certified HVE 3 at 92% and aims for 100% by next year. HVE is the highest level of environmental certification..
